Here’s my short blurb for a CEP (Custom Experience Platform) Principal Engineer:

• We want an experienced "blended builder" (architect and engineer hats) with deep experience in digital platforms, CMS, design systems, mobile/web experiences, and enabling product teams through reusable platform capabilities.
  • The order of the experiences in the list above is the current prioritized order. However, I can see the lines blurring from "digital platforms, CMS, and design systems” as distinct capabilities and morphing to all of them having a common trait of “via mobile/web channels”. Mobile/web channel skills/experiences is where I see I’ll need to have someone locked in and looking to the future where our client, advisor, and banking experiences will merge.
