Job Description

Seeking an experienced Behavioral Science professional to apply behavioral insights, research, experimentation, and UX/design principles to improve client experiences and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leaders using behavioral science and research insights.
  • Lead qualitative/quantitative research and experimentation initiatives.
  • Apply behavioral insights to UX, digital product, and enterprise design.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • Translate complex research and behavioral concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with external research vendors and academic institutions.

Qualifications

  • Master s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Behavioral Economics, Economics, Organizational Behavior, or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in behavioral science and research methodology.
  • Experience with experimentation, UX/product design, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong consulting, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
