The Role

• Provide inside technical support for hygienic valves and components, aseptic valves and components, cleaning technology, and hygienic pumps.
• Apply fluid dynamics concepts to correctly size pumps, valves, and cleaning systems for specific hygienic applications.
• Determine special product specifications by sizing control valves, safety valves, vacuum valves, and other critical components.
• Integrate correct communication or control modules for seamless integration into customer system designs.
• Utilize product sizing and selection software to choose appropriate pump and valve products.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers and product managers to generate and manage customer proposals and orders.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of experience in application engineering and technical sales support.
• An Associate's degree.
• Understanding of fluid dynamics and relevant industry practices.
• Knowledge of sanitary liquid processing equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with solenoid control technology and communication protocols.
• Experience with product sizing and selection software.
