The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board production machinery. • Support maintenance and repair activities for production equipment. • Verify production data to ensure smooth machine and material flow. • Conduct manufacturing and quality control checks. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a machine and plant operator, or a strong technical aptitude as a career changer. • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility. • A high degree of reliability and independent work ethic, including during maintenance tasks. • Strong quality awareness. • Willingness to work in a shift system.
