24/7 NOC Engineer - IT Operations & Incident Response

I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a NOC Engineer to monitor and manage critical IT services, incidents, and system performance from our National Operations Centre. Based in Sydney CBD or Melbourne, you will join a 4 days on, 4 days off shift roster.

You will collaborate with IT teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services, support after-hours service desk, and safeguard privileged accounts, with a focus on operational excellence and thorough documentation.
