Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
• Work with Guidewire Cloud environments and cloud-based Guidewire implementations.
• Utilize Advanced Product Designer (APD) to design and configure insurance products.
• Triage and troubleshoot production defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Analyze business requirements and develop enhancements within PolicyCenter.
• Work with Gosu, Guidewire configuration, product model, rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and production support teams.
• Participate in defect resolution, testing, code reviews, deployments, and production support activities.
• Ensure solutions follow Guidewire development and configuration best practices.
• Support enhancements and ongoing improvements to PolicyCenter applications.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
• Experience working with Guidewire Cloud versions / Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Product Designer (APD).
• Strong experience with Gosu programming and Guidewire configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production defects.
• Experience working on enhancements and maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter architecture and insurance domain concepts.
• ACE Certification is mandatory.

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud deployments and cloud-native implementations.
• Knowledge of Guidewire integrations and web services.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
