REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Engineering Analyst, or similar role

- Strong experience supporting data warehouse, data platform, data integration, or data engineering initiatives

- Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements

- Demonstrated experience with SQL and data analysis

- Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation concepts

- Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping, data lineage, and data definitions

- Experience working directly with technical teams, including Data Engineers, Architects, and Developers

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or similar cloud data platforms

- Experience with Informatica, dbt, Airflow, or other modern data integration technologies

- Familiarity with Medallion Architecture and Bronze/Silver/Gold data layer implementations

- Experience creating logical and physical data models

- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks

- Experience supporting enterprise data migration or modernization programs

- Background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, or Data Management

- Experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions to improve productivity and delivery outcomes
