Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Google Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong Google Cloud experience and a proven background in customer-facing technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs and working closely with enterprise or government customers.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience managing Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting one or more of the following:
  • Launch or capacity planning
  • Product release management
  • Technical support
  • Escalation management
  • Technical consulting
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
  • Modern software development practices
  • Microservices-based architectures
  • Distributed systems
  • APIs across a broad range of use cases
• Must hold at least one Google Cloud Professional-level certification while in the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout their Google Cloud journey.
• Manage and support Google Cloud implementations and transformation programs.
