Role Description The Financial Controller at Skylar Tirupati is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati. This position oversees daily financial operations, including monitoring cash flows, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate general ledger entries. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, as well as ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting. The Financial Controller will implement and maintain internal controls, support audits, analyze financial performance, and provide insights to hotel leadership for cost optimization and revenue growth. Collaboration with the management team is essential to support strategic planning, risk management, and long-term financial stability.

- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within hospitality or service-oriented environments.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Comfort with financial software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirupati and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
