Senior BI Developer: Power BI, Snowflake & Analytics

MercyCare is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to act as the primary interface between the organisation and the data platform. The role delivers trusted analytics using Snowflake and Power BI, prototypes metrics, and develops analytical models for production deployment.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance and Corporate services to define metrics and KPIs, translating complex business rules into measurable definitions while uplifting data literacy across MercyCare.
