Candidate capabilities should include an ability to:

• Determine and document data structures in source Salesforce data points (i.e., fields).
• Determine and document established relationships of data between related objects.
• Determine and document data mapping and transformation logic between Salesforce source and target data points.
• Apply expertise with automation tools to process transformations and data updates.
• Apply separately documented, high-level design of specified use cases to the transformation and transmittal of data from source to target.
• Evaluate and validate accuracy of data transformed and migrated from source to target.
• Manage the processing of multiple iterations of migrations after data variances are identified and corrected.
