Description
Join our team as a Workforce Management Specialist I in a hybrid role based in the Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA region. 
This contract position involves providing operational support for workforce management functions. 
Responsibilities include scheduling, staff coordination, and workforce system management. 
Familiarity with workforce management processes and systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify schedules using workforce management software.
Monitor real-time schedule adherence and resolve issues with management.
Update staff schedules with changes such as meals, breaks, and shift adjustments.
Coordinate staff allocation to achieve workforce management goals.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures and reports from scheduling software.

Qualifications
Familiarity with workforce management processes and systems.
Experience in managing multiple priorities independently or in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic skills in maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and communication.
Basic organizational, planning, and time management skills.
