Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Onshore Tech Lead.

Job Responsibilities:       

·         Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online solutions.

·         Conduct requirement gathering, solution workshops, and technical discussions with business stakeholders.

·         Design scalable CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

·         Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).

·         Design and develop Dataverse entities, business processes, plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.

·         Customize Sales, Customer Service, and other Dynamics 365 modules.

·         Develop custom workflows, business rules, and CRM extensions.

·         Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

·         Build Power Automate workflows and custom connectors.

·         Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to automate business processes.

·         Integrate Copilot Studio and AI-powered automation into Dynamics 365 solutions

·         Manage Dynamics 365 environments including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.

·         Handle Solution Management, ALM, and release deployments.

·         Support CI/CD implementation for CRM deployments.

·         Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.

·         Configure CRM dashboards and OOB reporting.

·         Integrate CRM with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.

·         Design and execute CRM data migration using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.

·         Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.

Must Have Skills:

·         Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse & Power Platform

·         Power Automate, Power Apps, Plugins, JavaScript & CRM Customization

·         CRM Integrations, Data Migration (Azure Data Factory/Synapse/Fabric), ALM & Solution Architecture
