Project Manager Omnichannel Operations
Raleigh, NC 27609 (Onsite-FIRST Preference) / Hybrid (2nd) / REMOTE (3rd)
Salary – $130K-$150K/year
Full-Time / Direct-Hire

WinWire is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives supporting omnichannel engagement capabilities across teams.
Skills / Experience
  • 8 + Years of experience in IT or Business Project Management experience with strong understanding of Omnichannel Engagement strategies in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech industry.
  • Experience, knowledge of customer engagement journeys, channel orchestration, digital campaigns, customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement measurement
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams; Strong project planning, governance, and delivery management skills
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving business and technology stakeholders
  • Life Sciences / Commercial Operations / Digital Engagement / Omnichannel Enablement
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Secondary Skills / Good to have – Vendor management, Change management and business adoption experience. Data governance and customer data management knowledge
Job / Role Description
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Omnichannel Operations initiatives
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and governance structures
  • Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives
  • Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, analytics, and vendor teams
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking skills; Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
What Success Looks Like / Expected Outcome –– Gain a comprehensive understanding of Omnichannel ecosystem, business processes, and stakeholder landscape. Successfully transition ownership of active projects and operational initiatives. Establish project governance and reporting cadence.
