We're Hiring Business Development Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to creating sales strategy and execution of that strategy. While leading a sales team, you will be generating opportunities and closing sales in the assigned markets/geographies. You will be targeting senior decision-makers and influencers at enterprise and mid-market customers and educating them about Alphavima products and solutions.

Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience in IT services sales, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central / ERP

Proven track record of selling in international markets (North America and UK)

Strong understanding of Microsoft ERP/CRM Products & solutions for Digital Transformation Experience in end-to-end sales cycle management

Core Competencies

Strong negotiation and Deal Closure skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM Partner Ecosystem (Must)

Exposure to mid-market and enterprise clients

MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred)

Pipeline generation and conversion ratio

Client acquisition and retention

Deal closure cycle time
