Job Title: LLM / AI Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA - Onsite 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced LLM / AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and conversational AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based solutions for business-specific applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models for specific business use cases.

• Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy and response quality.

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, and document retrieval systems.

• Conduct model evaluation, testing, and performance benchmarking.

• Implement advanced LLM techniques, including few-shot learning and chain-of-thought prompting.

• Manage model versioning and experiment tracking.

• Develop and integrate conversational AI solutions using Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Dialogflow.

• Optimize inference costs, response latency, and model performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

• Monitor and continuously improve deployed AI models.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.

• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.

• Experience with RAG architecture, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

• Knowledge of LLM evaluation and benchmarking techniques.

• Experience with Google CCAI and Dialogflow.

• Understanding of model versioning, experiment tracking, and inference optimization.

• Python and AI/ML framework experience.
