Software Engineer III: Signal Processing- SIGINT - San Diego with Security Clearance

Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems, is seeking a Software Engineer III with a minimum of 5 years' of Software Engineering experience for work in San Diego, CA. Position Summary: The Software Engineer will develop, integrate, optimize, and test advanced signal processing software supporting prototype and production-ready algorithm development. The engineer will work closely with algorithm developers to transition research into deployable capabilities. Responsibilities: * Design and develop signal processing software.
* Implement algorithms in C++, Python, or similar languages.
* Integrate algorithms with sensor processing frameworks.
* Optimize software for performance and scalability.
* Develop automated testing and validation tools.
* Support containerized and cloud-based processing environments where applicable.
* Participate in Agile software development.
* Support laboratory demonstrations and field testing. Required Qualifications: * BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years software development experience.
* Experience with: * C++

* Git
* Linux
* Object-oriented design
* Understanding of digital signal processing concepts.
* Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
* Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Preferred Qualifications: * CUDA or GPU programming.

* Docker/Kubernetes.
* Machine Learning frameworks.
* Experience processing large sensor datasets.
* An active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access, and a CI Polygraph Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $165,000 - $250,000 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
