Full Stack Development Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Work Type: Hybrid

Job Description:

Lead hands-on development of scalable microservices using .NET, C#, APIs, and databases.
Provide technical leadership on architecture, API design, integrations, code quality, and delivery.
Drive AI-assisted development across coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews.
Guide teams on AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot/Claude while ensuring security, quality, and maintainability.
Support data engineering activities, including API integrations, ETL, and data pipelines.
Collaborate closely with product, business, architecture, and delivery stakeholders.
Mentor developers and drive engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, estimation, design reviews, and delivery planning.

Must-Have Skills:
