Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OCI Cloud Engineer / Oracle DBA to manage and support Oracle databases and cloud infrastructure in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), WebLogic, APEX, backup/recovery, database upgrades, and performance tuning. This position requires onsite work, participation in an on-call rotation, and occasional after-hours/weekend support.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience
  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Oracle Database 19c/26ai, CDB/PDB administration
  • Oracle APEX and ORDS administration
  • Oracle WebLogic administration
  • Database upgrades, migrations, patching, and maintenance
  • RMAN backup/recovery and Oracle Data Guard
  • Performance tuning and database optimization
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM/Grid Control)
  • Linux/Unix administration and Shell scripting
  • Experience with DBaaS, GitLab, and Ansible
  • Ability to support high availability and disaster recovery environments
