Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.

Required Skill set

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET
• (Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibility

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.
• Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
• Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization,and best engineering practices across teams.
