The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, driving high levels of satisfaction.

• Oversee all sales floor and stockroom activities in collaboration with the team.

• Completed vocational training in retail, with prior experience highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities, coupled with flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive and diligent approach to hands-on tasks.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
