Job Title: Appian Developer

Experience: 2–8 Years

Location: Hybrid/Onsite/Remote (as per project)

• Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
• Build and maintain Appian Process Models, SAIL interfaces, Records, Reports, Sites, and Expression Rules.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Design data models and work with Appian Records and relational databases.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.

• Strong hands-on experience with the Appian Platform.
• Experience with:
  • SAIL Interfaces
  • Process Models
  • Expression Rules
  • Records
  • Reports and Dashboards
  • Appian Sites
  • Decision Rules
• Knowledge of Appian object security and application deployment.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Appian Certified Associate Developer or Senior Developer certification.
• Experience with Appian plug-in development (Java).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of BPM concepts and workflow automation.
