Business Analyst in Healthcare

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of product requirements and priorities.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation within the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all product development activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the healthcare domain.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with EPIC systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and product management practices.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).

Qualifications
