Job Title: Python Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule
Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

We are seeking a Python Developer with strong experience in Capital Markets to join a high-performing Treasury Technology team. In this role, you will design and develop Python-based applications and APIs that power critical trading, treasury, and asset management solutions. You'll contribute to building analytics and pricing components, automate product onboarding, and enhance a mission-critical Treasury platform used by investment banking teams.

Top Three skills:

• Python Development (4 6+ years of hands-on backend/API development)


• Capital Markets / Treasury Domain Experience (Trading, Fixed Income, Bonds, FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Securities, Asset Management)


• REST API Development (Flask, FastAPI, Django REST, Microservices)

What We re Looking For:

• 4-6+ Years of Python Development experience


• Capital Markets OR Quartz experience




• Bonds, Interest rate swaps, Repo and FX, securities, trades, debts, LIBOR, trading, asset management, stocks, etc


• Resumes must have detailed descriptions of the projects they worked on, not solely their python skills!

Qualification:

• Recent experience supporting U.S.-based clients or enterprise environments within the last 3 -4 years is highly preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $63 $64 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
