Position: SFDC Technical Architect

Location: Florham Park, NJ (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Salesforce clouds, integration technologies, architecture best practices, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
• Lead technical solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Define scalable integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct architecture/code reviews.
• Ensure security, governance, data quality, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with business, functional architects, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor developers and establish Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Platform Events.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Copado/Gearset, and Salesforce DX.
• Strong knowledge of security, sharing model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Experience with MuleSoft Integration.
• Experience in large enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
