We are hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, renowned for safety, reliability, and top-quality standards across over 410 service centers. We make a difference with exceptional dedication.

The Role

• Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical and operational matters, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Advise and support customers from order acceptance to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation.
• Handle invoicing, customer fund management, and the dispatching and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience.
• Experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist is ideal.
• Willingness to undergo the required qualification test, or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) certification.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency with comfort in administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trusting collaboration.
