Functional Lead/Principal - IT ETRM (RightAngle)

This role focuses on supporting and integrating the RightAngle ecosystem within a dynamic energy trading environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Traders, Schedulers, and Energy Accountants to translate complex financial and commercial requirements into functional workflows. This position demands a hands-on approach to configuring and troubleshooting the RightAngle platform, ensuring that business processes are efficiently mapped and documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary functional point of contact for the trading desk, ensuring that their needs are met through RightAngle configurations.
• Translate sophisticated commercial, risk, and financial requirements into scalable workflows within the RightAngle system.
• Perform hands-on functional configuration and troubleshooting to maintain the integrity of the RightAngle ecosystem.
• Lead discovery sessions to map business processes and author comprehensive functional specifications for system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of relevant ETRM experience for Lead Specialist or 10+ years for Principal Specialist.
• Exhaustive, hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting the RightAngle ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of physical commodities such as Oil, NGLs, and Refined Products, along with financial trading and risk management.
