About VantagePoint
VantagePoint is a global finance transformation and technology consultancy helping organisations modernise the finance function through process improvement, data, and leading technology platforms.
Founded in London, the firm has grown rapidly from a team of five to more than 120 professionals across Europe, North America and APAC.
We specialise in implementing and optimising market-leading finance technologies, supporting organisations through complex transformation programmes and helping finance teams operate with greater control, transparency and insight.
Our model combines deep finance expertise with strong technical delivery - allowing us to deliver practical outcomes and long-term partnerships with our clients.
The opportunity
As VantagePoint continues to grow, we're creating additional executive support capacity to match the pace of the business. We're looking for an organised, proactive Executive Team Assistant / Coordinator to support the Executive Leadership Team.
This is a varied, part-time role at the heart of the business, helping our leaders stay organised, prepared and focused on the highest-value work. You'll coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, events and day-to-day executive administration, while building trusted relationships across the business.
You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the wider central functions, becoming an important part of how the business operates.
We're an ambitious, fast-paced business, so we're looking for someone who is organised and genuinely comfortable with AI and modern productivity tools - not just using what's already set up, but actively spotting where a smarter way of working could save time or improve how the Executive Office runs.
What you'll be doing
Executive support
- Coordinate complex diaries across the Executive Leadership Team
- Arrange meetings, travel and accommodation
- Manage expenses and executive administration
Leadership team coordination
- Organise leadership meetings and coordinate logistics
- Ensure actions and documentation are up to date
- Help prepare presentations and reports
Business operations
- Support company events and offsites
- Coordinate internal communications
- Help improve administrative processes
Relationship management
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Be a trusted point of contact for executives
- Work with external suppliers and partners
- Support new joiners and leadership activities
What we're looking for
You'll probably have...
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities
- High levels of discretion
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Confidence using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
- A proactive approach to finding and adopting new tools, systems and ways of working
You'll thrive if you...
- Love bringing order to complexity
- Naturally think ahead
- Stay calm when priorities change
- Spot problems before they become problems
- Take pride in getting the details right
- Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment
- Take the initiative to improve how things are organised, rather than waiting to be asked
Working pattern
This is a part-time role, with hybrid working in line with our London office. Exact days and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview to suit the right candidate.
Our values
- Thrive together - we win as one team
- Take ownership - accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
- Quality, every time - consistent, well-judged delivery
- Be human, first - trust, empathy and respect
- Speak with clarity - open, direct, low ego
- Move with intent - decisive, reflective, always improving
Why join VantagePoint
You'll play a genuinely important role in a fast-growing, ambitious business - with real scope to shape the position as it evolves, and the potential to grow into a more senior executive support or operations role over time.
