Forward Deployed Engineer

A leader in the B2B procurement space that partners with enterprise brands to help streamline and unify workflow orchestration with the end goal of providing live intelligence and visibility across all sourcing/ procurement efforts is actively seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer.

Within this role the Forward Deployed Engineer would help scale their platform and help customers get the most from the product and partnership. In addition, this role will be planning, building and optimizing systems for enterprise clients, developing best practice documentation with clients and ultimately drive new solutions offerings.

Required Skills & Experience
4-5 years of customer facing/ customer management role
B2B SaaS experience
Sense of urgency supporting customers
Track record working with JavaScript/ TypeScript

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Helm customer discoveries and develop implementation strategies based on requirements gathered and work with Product & Engineering to set plans and timelines against customer outcomes
Leverage your technical background to overcome complexities and design highly customized solutions for customers leveraging all aspects of our circular technology platform
Proctor delivery of high quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks and collaborating cross-functionally to find resolutions
