Amazon Connect Developer, Remote - 69432

We have an immediate need for an experienced AWS Connect Developer/Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect, cloud contact center solutions, backend development, and enterprise integrations to design, develop, and support scalable contact center platforms.

This is a remote position for a candidate with deep experience in Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, Queues, Agents, Routing Rules, Scheduling, User Management, Workflow Configuration, Lex Chatbots, CCP, API Integrations, RESTful Services, Java, Node.js, Python, Microservices Architecture, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, EC2, ECS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud Automation, SOAP/REST APIs, API Management, NoSQL Databases, DevOps Practices, Agile/Scrum, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Enterprise Application Development.
