What You ll Be Doing:
- Lead ER case management independently, offering clear, pragmatic advice while balancing people, risk, and commercial needs.

- Help modernise and streamline how the People function operates to support business growth.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven generalist HR experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines.
- Confident Employee Relations skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations and provide decisive advice.

- A practical, commercially focused mindset that avoids overcomplicating HR processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for developing others.

- Salary circa £40-45,000 depending on your qualifications, skills and experience
- Annual 5% bonus potential
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Hybrid working with 1 or 2 days per week in the West London office with free onsite parking
- Flexible start/finish times
