The Role • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service to guests. • Manage and process reservations, overbookings, and options. • Maintain and update reservation systems and internal software. • Prepare and control invoices, including debitors and creditors, adhering to pricing guidelines. • Process deposits and monitor timely payment arrivals. What You'll Need • Previous experience in hotel operations/hospitality is a plus, but a passion for the industry and strong guest service skills are most important for this role. • High quality awareness and a strong service orientation with a genuine enjoyment of hosting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional conduct and articulate expression. • Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken. • A collaborative team player willing to support other departments during peak times.
