TestComplete Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end automation testing effort using TestComplete.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java or JavaScript.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the customer, gathering requirements, providing status updates, and managing expectations.
• Coordinate closely with offshore QA and automation teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Plan, execute, and monitor automation activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to drive resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on test automation best practices.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with TestComplete.
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript scripting.
• Experience leading automation testing engagements and managing customer interactions.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
