Job Title: Senior Business Data Analyst -14+ yrs Exp

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) -Local candidates Only (Within 50-mile radius)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Experience in IT supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
• Experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involvement from requirements through implementation.
• Experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Experience eliciting business requirements and documenting business processes and data analysis findings.
• Experience using SQL, including the ability to create and execute complex joins.
• Experience analyzing data quality.
• Experience designing dashboards, including measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
