About the Role:

A global consultancy is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Director with a strong background in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries. The role involves guiding organizations on AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation strategies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI and digital transformation strategies tailored for life sciences or pharma organizations.
• Advise on AI applications across R&D, clinical trials, supply chain, and patient engagement.
• Conduct market, technology, and competitive analyses to identify AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI road maps and governance frameworks.
• Support change management and adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI strategy consulting within life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in healthcare and pharma.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data strategy, digital transformation, and technology implementation.
• Previous consulting experience either with a Big 4, MBB, or similar

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharma, data science, or related field.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance aspects in healthcare or pharma AI solutions.
