Job Description
Westpac Group is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design and evolution of the platform capability. You will shape cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, security and observability, building scalable, AI-powered foundation that enables product teams to move faster and with confidence.
This is a hands-on tech leadership role spanning architecture, code and operations. You will mentor engineers, drive platform strategy and advocate engineering excellence across the organisation.
