Oracle ERP Project Manager

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead our enterprise migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate has successfully steered multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud migrations, specifically bridging corporate IT and business workstreams. You will serve as the critical orchestrator across functional domain leads, internal technical teams, and external systems of integrators. This role carries comprehensive ownership of the project budget, operational timeline, resource scheduling, and final cross-departmental delivery.

responsibilities:

Project Governance & Financial Management Budget Ownership: Formulate, track, and manage the end-to-end implementation budget; control scope expansions through formal change control boards. Timeline Delivery: Define, monitor, and enforce project milestones, critical paths, and go-live schedules using modern PPM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). Risk & Mitigation: Proactively map out dependencies, log implementation blockers, and design contingency workflows to secure timeline adherence.
