Job Title: DevOps Engineer (AliCloud)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA/Austin, TX (Onsite)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AliCloud Data Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms primarily on Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and data pipelines on AliCloud.
• Develop robust data processing and analytics solutions to support business and data science initiatives.
• Work closely with Data Science, DevOps, and business teams.
• Develop and optimize data solutions using SQL, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Implement distributed data processing and big data solutions.
• Design and support data warehousing architectures.
• Develop real-time data streaming solutions using technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
• Work with Spark and Airflow for data processing and orchestration.
• Support cloud networking, security, and infrastructure on AliCloud.
• Apply DevOps practices using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized data applications.
• Support data platforms in Linux/RHEL environments.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) data services.
• Data engineering and data platform architecture experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with Kafka, Flink, Spark, and Airflow.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong Linux experience; RHEL preferred.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD.
• Understanding of distributed systems, data warehousing, cloud networking, and security.
• Strong experience with scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
