AI PROGRAM MANAGER

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives for Epson. The role will involve defining and executing AI strategy, managing Agentic AI programs, overseeing solution architecture, and driving successful enterprise AI delivery in partnership with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
 Refine and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap
 Lead end-to-end Agentic AI program planning, governance, and execution
 Oversee AI solution architecture in collaboration with technical teams
 Convert high-level AI use-case roadmaps into implementable backlogs
 Stand up and manage AI delivery teams
 Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives
 Provide weekly executive updates on progress, risks, milestones, and dependencies
 Own overall program success and delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications:
 10+ years of Program Management experience
 Strong experience with AI, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives
 Proven experience building and managing enterprise AI programs and roadmaps
 Hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI programs – Mandatory
 Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Enterprise Architecture
 Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
 Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform AI platforms preferred
