Procurement Manager, Commercial, Remote work competitive market rates

A procurement Manager is required to manage the end-to-end procurement and contract letting processes in accordance with the relevant Procurement Regulations. The role would be suitable for Procurement Officer, Procurement Analyst, Commercial Manager, Category manager, Supplier manager.
You will be required to support internal stakeholders in all aspect of the contract letting process including pre-market engagement; developing procurement strategies; developing statement of service requirements and evaluation approaches ensuring the timely re-competition and extension of contracts to support business requirements;
Manage the procurement process, supporting stakeholders throughout the negotiation and contract management process;
Manage supplier performance and conduct service reviews for central service contracts, if applicable;
Oversee the administration process of contracts and supplier management, including liaison with stakeholders and business representatives as required;
Support the management of a contracts register for all Client contracts, updating the supplier and contract database and providing general advice on the contracts, suppliers and processes in place.Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative to deliver outcomes.
Ideal applicants will have CIPS and undertaken a Procurement role recently within a Public Sector environment
Location mainly remote working with ad hoc office visits. Main base is Liverpool other sites uk wide includes Glasgow,Leed, BristolDue to this role being mostly remote we are asking for very competitive day rates INSIDE IR35
