2x Technical Project Manager - Hays

Your new company
You'll be joining a globally recognised Financial Services organisation delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes within a complex, enterprise environment. The Product Delivery & Integration team is responsible for delivering strategic technology initiatives that enable secure, scalable and seamless payment solutions, working across multiple business and technology functions.
Your new role
This role requires a strong delivery leader who is comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment, balancing stakeholder engagement, programme governance and hands-on delivery management. You'll play a key role in coordinating large-scale technology change, platform modernisation initiatives and enterprise-wide releases while driving Agile best practice across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programmes and strategic change initiatives
• Strong Agile delivery background, including Scrum, SAFe and enterprise-scale programme delivery
• Experience managing complex project plans, RAID logs, dependencies and release schedules
• Background delivering platform transformations, technology modernisation, cloud migrations or legacy system decommissioning projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, enterprise architecture and technology delivery frameworks
• Experience using Jira, Confluence and other Agile delivery tools
• Excellent communication, risk management and problem-solving skills
• Experience within payments ecosystem would be highly advantageous
