The Role

• Lead all technical and operational aspects of a service center, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks.
• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Oversee customer consultations from order intake to vehicle return, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Handle invoicing, customer funds, and order management.
• Conduct quality assurance, manage inventory, and ensure audit readiness.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master or mechatronic technician.
• Willingness to obtain or already possess operational management certification.
• A strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficiency in PC and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster a collaborative environment.
