Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience in embedded or real-time environments.
Recent hands-on experience developing embedded software in modern C++ (within the past 18–24 months) is required.
Experience working with Linux-based embedded systems.
3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience leading software development teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, multithreaded applications, and system integration.
Experience working in Agile software development environments using tools such as Jira, Git, and collaborative development workflows.

Experience with embedded operating systems, firmware, or hardware/software integration.
Hands-on experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar), automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
Experience supporting products from concept through production release.
Background in embedded devices, industrial products, electronics, communications systems, automation, or related technologies.
