Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mainframe System Programmer with strong expertise in z/OS, DB2, IMS, SMP/E, and ISV software installation/upgrades. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing IBM and Broadcom products, performing DB2/IMS upgrades, and supporting enterprise mainframe infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

·         Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain DB2 and IMS environments.

·         Perform SMP/E and non-SMP/E software installations.

·         Install and upgrade IBM and Broadcom mainframe products.

·         Configure DB2/IMS subsystem parameters and monitor database health.

·         Support DB2/IMS security and compliance requirements, including SOX audits.

·         Troubleshoot and restore services related to DB2 and associated software.

·         Maintain production and test environments and proactively resolve issues...
