Job Summary

• Cost Reduction, VAVE , Semiconductor Equipment VAVE , TPM for VAVE  (Only Mechanical Engineers)
• Identified various cost reduction opportunities of Semiconductor capital Equipment by analysis of costed BOM, system design etc.
• Prepare and present following details about each opportunity to stakeholders and executive level audiences
• Cost reduction idea detail, % MCOS/TCOS saving, Should Cost
• Initial validation of cost saving possibilities- Strong technical explanations, design review, calculations, system level Impact analysis
• Experience in supplier cost negotiations, Implementation of cost reduction design in high volume production
• Experience in Semiconductor Equipment, Semiconductor fabrication and Semiconductor manufacturing eco system
• Strong evidence of excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent project Management skills for executing and cost reduction projects with leading cross-functional teams (ME, EE, System engineering, Product marketing, Mfg, supply chain)
• Technical Problem Solving, risk mitigation
• Presentation skills, communication skills,
• Tools - Smart sheet, UG -NX, Team center
