Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Microsoft Fabric expertise including Lakehouse, One Lake, Data Pipelines, Delta Tables, SQL Database/Warehouse, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

• 5+ years of experience designing HIPAA/PHI-compliant healthcare data platforms, including privacy, retention, residency, and access controls.
