Cregis is a leading digital asset infrastructure provider, enabling fintechs, payment service providers, forex brokers, exchanges, and Web3 businesses to build secure and scalable crypto financial services. Our enterprise platform includes Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS), Crypto Payment Engine, Treasury Management, and Digital Asset Infrastructure solutions designed for institutions operating in the digital asset economy.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients across global markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, C-level executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business requirements and position Cregis's solutions to address their payment, wallet, custody, and treasury needs.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
  • Represent Cregis at industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.
  • Generate and qualify enterprise opportunities across APAC and global markets through outbound prospecting, virtual meetings, and industry engagement.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial infrastructure, blockchain, or Web3.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to engage with founders, C-level executives, and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies and market trends.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or payment infrastructure is preferred.
  • An existing network within fintech, payments, PSPs, forex, iGaming, or Web3 is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in India.


Preferred:

  • Experience selling API-based products, SaaS platforms, or payment infrastructure.
  • Experience representing a company at international conferences and industry events.
  • Existing network within fintech, PSPs, forex brokers, payment companies, or digital asset businesses.
