Role: Associate - Finance Operations (Balance & Documents Collection)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: 0-3 Years
CTC: 3.5 - 4lpa
️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with learners to follow up on pending balance payments and required documentation.
- Collect and verify financial and academic documents from learners.
- Ensure timely closure of pending cases while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve learner queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems with case details.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring a seamless learner experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- For South India locations, proficiency in the respective local language is mandatory.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
