Role: Adobe Commerce/Magento Architect

Job Description:
Key Requirements

• 10+ years of overall and 6+ years of strong Adobe Commerce/Magento architecture experience, preferably in large-scale, high-traffic ecommerce environments.
• Strong experience with composable/headless/federated commerce architectures and decoupling catalog, pricing, inventory, promotions, identity, and checkout.
• Strong API architecture experience with REST, GraphQL, event-driven integrations, middleware, and API gateways.
• Experience with the Adobe ecosystem, including:
  • Adobe Commerce
  • Adobe Commerce Optimizer/Catalog Service
  • AEM / Edge Delivery Services
  • App Builder/API Mesh
• Strong understanding of ecommerce domains including catalog, pricing, inventory, promotions, customer/identity, cart, and order management.
• Experience integrating ecommerce platforms with ERP, PIM, OMS, promotion engines, identity platforms, and enterprise systems.
• SAP integration experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of high availability, scalability, performance, resiliency, caching, and graceful degradation.
• Experience defining target architecture, integration patterns, technical standards, migration strategies, and modernization roadmaps.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to work with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, SAP/Integration, Security, and vendors.
• Must be technically hands-on enough to review solution designs, APIs, data models, integration flows, and major technical decisions.
