Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Systematics Developers with strong exposure to the Banking and Lending domain. The ideal candidate should possess both technical expertise and a solid understanding of banking business processes. This is a domain-driven role where knowledge of banking operations is as important as development skills.
Exp - 5+yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications on the Systematics platform.

• Work on banking and lending-related projects.

• Understand and support end-to-end banking workflows.

• Participate in the development of banking applications with a strong focus on business processes.

• Collaborate with business teams to translate banking requirements into technical solutions.

• Support enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution for banking systems.

Required Experience

• Experience as a Systematics Developer.

• Strong experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

• Hands-on experience with Lending Systems.

• Understanding of Core Banking Operations.

• Experience working on banking product implementations or enhancements.

• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Banking Domain Knowledge Required
Candidates should have exposure to one or more of the following:

• Lending

• Deposits

• New Account Opening (NAO)

• Transaction Processing

• Core Banking Operations

• Banking Value Chain

• End-to-End Banking Processes
